The Jordan 1 Retro High OG Japan Neutral Grey / Metallic Silver is a brand-new colorway of the 1985 classic silhouette that’s set to launch this year. The Air Jordan 1s has been a success amongst all Jordan brand silhouettes since day 1 and is possibly more hyped than ever before, with most colorways selling out instantly upon release.
Dressed in neutral grey / metallic silver, first look of this new rendition gives a futuristic feel to the vintage basketball model, while retaining the classic design that makes the AJ1 such a memorable pair of shoes. Detailed look shows the uppers are crafted from high-quality leather throughout, with iconic features such as the wings logo, perforated toe box and Nike Swoosh on both the lateral and medial sides making an appearance. Nike Air branding is present at the tongue in favour of the usual Jumpman logo while the panels are stitched together neatly.
A white midsole contrasts the grey textile upper perfectly, concealing Nike Air technology to ensure that these are comfortable enough to act as daily steppers both on and off the basketball court. A grey rubber outsole rounds off the release, mirroring the silver seen above.
The Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Neutral Grey / Metallic Silver colorway hasn’t been treated to a release date just yet, however expect it at some point this year.
